(<\/b><b>EEST<\/b><b> )<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants from across Europe joined our previous webinar, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTogether for Girls in ICT: Understanding Challenges, Shaping Solutions\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where we explored the key factors influencing girls\u2019 aspirations to pursue studies and careers in ICT and brainstormed policy ideas to support greater gender inclusion in the digital sector.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>In this second webinar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we invite you to take ideation one step further: how can the <\/span><b>ideas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> already shared by the community be <\/span><b>transformed into concrete actions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the coming months?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal is to collectively support the development of a <\/span><b>pedagogical framework<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that will guide a <\/span><b>piloting intervention<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in schools and other educational contexts.
